Die Bachelorarbeit ist geschafft und wird vom 11. – 12. Februar an der Wekschau Pforzheim ausgestellt.

ZUM PROJEKT:
VJC ist ein iPad App mit dem sich Visuals generieren lassen und nebenher alles über das VJing erlebbar macht und dabei VJs unterstützt.

Es können über das App Magazine über das VJing, über Artists, oder auch Newsfeeds runtergeladen werden, die den Nutzer über alles im VJing Bereich informiert. Über den Mixer kann der User seine eigenen Visuals einfach mixen und über einen Beamer abspielen. Die Loops für diesen Mix werden von VJs bereitgestellt. Dadurch werden VJs unterstützt, erhalten einen höheren Bekanntheitsgrad, und den Nutzern wird die Möglichkeit geboten Visuals auch auf ihrem Event zu zeigen.

In the class “Interactivity, Media Practices” at Emily Carr, we learn about how to use Processing. Morgan Rauscher teaches us the programming language “Processing” from the ground up. I’m glad to have some experiences in programming with other languages, already. So I have more time to focus on more advanced projects during the next classes.

My very first processing sketch took about 10 minutes only. Hooray for the simplicity of this language! This sketch was a practice to draw shapes with programing only, and add interactivity to it. In this case the user creates his own artwork by moving the mouse over the applet’s stage.
